Afterschool Program
Academic Support
We provide a safe and caring environment for all learners. Learners are supervised and assisted with home work, projects, assignments, class test preparation as well as remedial education. Problem areas are address and additional assistance and resources are provided to ensure your child does not fall behind.
All work is checked & any concerns and incomplete work is noted in the learners books. After homework is completed, there is supervised play in the afternoon until the learner is collected or until is time to go home.
Exam Preparations
Grade R – 12
Tutors are available daily to assist children in preparing for upcoming exams. We work carefully through all required sections, and show learners innovative techniques and methods so that they can improve and develop a better understanding in all areas of their work. We also spend time going through struggle areas so that learners can tackle these sections with more understanding and confidence.
We provide feedback for parents and send additional resources home to practice.
STEM
{Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics}
A STEM program is designed to inspire and educate learners in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. These programs aim to provide hands-on learning experiences that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. STEM education encourages learners to explore and apply concepts from these disciplines in practical, real-world contexts.

Key components of a STEM program include:
- Science: Learners engage in scientific inquiry, experimentation, and exploration to understand natural phenomena and the scientific method.
- Technology: Learners learn about various technologies, including computer programming, coding, and the use of digital tools to solve problems and enhance learning.
- Engineering: Learners are introduced to engineering principles and design thinking, often through projects that involve building and testing prototypes.
- Mathematics: Learners develop strong mathematical skills and apply them to solve complex problems in STEM-related fields.
STEM programs are often hands-on, collaborative, and interdisciplinary, encouraging learners to work together and think critically to find innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
